TC Henderson Elementary students took part in NC Crunch today-- a program that creates awareness of local produce. The apples they "crunched" were from Henderson County. Then the students voted on which one they liked the best. #TeachingEveryoneTakesEveryone

Dear TCS Family,
As you are aware, our community has been hit hard from Hurricane Helene. The majority of our county is without power and cell service is very limited. Transylvania County Schools will be CLOSED through Friday, October 4, 2024; with NO extra-curricular activities, including sports. We will reassess the situation as the week progresses and send out further information on Friday, Oct. 4 for the following week. For community feeding information, please look at Transylvania County Facebook or tune in to WGCR or WSQL. Let's continue to be better together and support one another.
