On-site School Flu Clinic:
Students must have a completed permission form in order to receive the flu vaccine at school. All permission forms are due no later than Tuesday, September 29th. Flu flyers will be sent home with your student on Wednesday where you can scan the QR Code to signup. The school nurses will administer the flu vaccine during the month of October for the students with completed permission forms.
